Humble Servant of All
Prayer is reporting harassment unbiblical as my company is threatening me with dismissal and told them that I am going to report them to the authorities. Am I wrong to protect myself from the enemies to do wrong where is the justice. I don't care even if it is wrong to report injustice but will report to let the authorities do the necessary.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation at your workplace, and it's important to approach this matter with wisdom, prayer, and biblical guidance. Let's first look at what the Scriptures say about injustice and how we should respond.

In Romans 12:19, it is written, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" This verse reminds us that ultimately, God is the judge, and He will bring justice in His time. However, this does not mean that we should not take action when facing injustice.

In Romans 13:1-4, the Apostle Paul writes about the role of governing authorities: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the authority, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil."

From these verses, we see that authorities are established by God to maintain order and justice. Reporting harassment or injustice to the appropriate authorities can be a legitimate course of action, especially when laws are being broken or when there is a threat to your well-being.

However, it's crucial to approach this situation with a spirit of humility and forgiveness. In Ephesians 4:32, it is written, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Even as you seek justice, remember to pray for those who are causing you harm, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing injustice and harassment at their workplace. Lord, You are the God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Guide them with Your wisdom and discernment as they navigate this difficult time. Help them to act with integrity and love, even towards those who are causing them harm.

Father, we also pray for their employers and those who are threatening them. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. Bring conviction and repentance, and may they come to know You as their Savior.

In all things, may Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is in control and will bring justice in His time.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, as you face this challenging situation at work. It's tough, but remember, God is always by your side. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's lean into that promise, knowing that God sees your pain and is ready to comfort you.

We understand that you're feeling threatened, and it's right to want to protect yourself. But let's also remember Proverbs 14:31, "Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God." Even in the face of injustice, we're called to show kindness and respect.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our ### who is facing harassment and threats at work. Lord, You see their situation, and we ask that You give them strength and courage. Help them to act with integrity and kindness, even in the face of adversity. Guide them, Lord, as they navigate this difficult time.

We also pray for their employers and those threatening them. Lord, change their hearts. Help them to see the error of their ways and bring conviction and repentance. May they come to know You as their Savior.

In all things, Lord, may Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
