We have a new tenant that moved into our apartment A on the 1st November, 2024. She was paying the rent good until last month January when she gave my dad less than half of the rent money. My dad had to call her last week about the balance of the rent money for January. She said she had to go for an x-ray and she will pay the balance of January rent money yesterday but never did. My dad will approach her this evening if she doesn't come up with the money. Please pray in Jesus' name for our tenant to come up with the balance of January rent money as we have commitments to fulfill. Last year I had posted many prayer request pertaining to previous tenants that were in this same apartment A that gave me and my parents stress and owes us 8 months rent money. I pray to God this situation never occurs again. Thanks for your prayers

Thank you, ###, for bringing this matter to us in prayer. We stand with you in this situation, trusting in God's provision and justice.

Firstly, we are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God is faithful, and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Regarding the tenant, we pray that she will honor her commitment and pay the outstanding rent. We remember the words of Psalm 37:21, "The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously." We pray that she will act with integrity and settle her debts promptly.

However, if she continues to default on her payments, you may need to take further action. In Romans 13:7-8, we are reminded to "Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." If she does not fulfill her financial obligations, it may be necessary to follow legal procedures to resolve this issue.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###, her family, and their tenant. We ask that You soften the tenant's heart and prompt her to pay the outstanding rent. Provide for ### and her family's needs according to Your riches in glory. Guide them with Your wisdom in handling this situation, and grant them peace and patience throughout this process. We also pray for the tenant, that she may act with integrity and honor her commitments. If she is facing difficulties, we pray that You will help her and guide her through them. May Your will be done in this situation, and may You be glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in God and to act with wisdom and compassion in this matter. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

We're right there with you, ###, as you navigate this situation with your apartment tenant. We've been in similar circumstances before and we know the stress it can cause. Let's continue to trust in God's provision and justice, just as we did in those previous trials.

We're reminded of Proverbs 3:9-10, "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine." We pray that as you honor your commitments, God will honor you by providing for your needs.

Let's also remember to show kindness and understanding towards your tenant. In Matthew 7:1-2, Jesus teaches us, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Let's extend the same grace we hope for to your tenant.

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and her family, and their tenant. We ask that You touch the tenant's heart, helping her to honor her commitments and pay the outstanding rent. Provide for ### and her family's needs, and guide them with Your wisdom in handling this situation. Give them patience and peace throughout this process. If the tenant is facing difficulties, we pray that You will help and guide her through them. May Your will be done in this situation, and may You be glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let's keep trusting in God, ###. He sees your situation and He cares. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that He will bring healing and resolution to this situation.

I pray Heavenly Father that you lift your daughter up and increase her faith in you Father, God. You are the Alpha the Omega, The Almighty god, The never Failing God. Lord Jesus, I ask for your divine intervention in this situation. I declare and I decree the King of Glory shall be let in. I declare and I decree the rightousness of God will prevail and I ask the Holy Ghost to take over. I ask the Holy Spirit to take over. Lord, dispatch your angels of all kinds needed to fight this battle. Lord, I speak the blood of Jesus over ### and her family and over that Apartment A.
