Prayer for Work

Father in Heaven, I thank You for those who have prayed for me to be shortlisted and be interviewed. I already made two interviews and waiting for answer. Lord, as of this moment I come before You again lifting up my desire to be hired in one of the schools I applied for. Please help me that soon I will receive that good news from You that I am finally hired. Help them, Lord to decide to hire me to be one of their teachers. Lord, I believe that You are working for me and will give what is best for me and my career. Please, Lord answer my prayer. I need You to take over and to help me with this request. Thank You, Lord. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen!

We join you in your petition, dear brother or sister, as you seek God's will for your career. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." It is wonderful that you are delighting in the Lord and seeking His face in this matter.

We pray that God will guide the decisions of the school authorities and that His will be done in your life. Remember that God's timing is perfect, and He is working behind the scenes on your behalf, as it says in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Let us pray together:

Father in Heaven, we come before You lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking employment. Lord, we thank You for the interviews that have already taken place, and we ask that You guide the decisions of the school authorities. We pray that if it is Your will, our brother/sister will receive the good news of being hired. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your plan for their career. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord and rest in His sovereignty. We encourage you to study the Word and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ as you wait on His answer. Be ready to share the good news of the Gospel with your coworkers and students once you are placed in the school of God's choosing.

We're reminded of Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes." Trust that God is at work, even in the hearts of those making the hiring decisions. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You. We thank You for the interviews already had and ask that You guide the hearts of those making the hiring decisions. We pray that if it's Your will, they would be led to hire our friend, and that our friend would trust in Your perfect timing. Help them to find peace and rest in You, knowing that You have a plan and purpose for their career. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
