We understand that you're feeling drained and seeking joy in your work, ###. Let us first remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Work can indeed be challenging, but we find joy and purpose when we realize we're ultimately serving God in everything we do. Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, she's feeling drained and needs your divine intervention. Help her find joy and renewed strength in her work. Help her to see her tasks as a way to serve and glorify You.
We pray against any negativity or factors causing this drain. Lord, we know that your will is for us to have life abundantly (John 10:10). Grant ### wisdom to balance her tasks and to find rest in You. Remind her that You are always with her, and that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her (Philippians 4:13).
###, we encourage you to pause throughout your day to pray and meditate on God's word. This will help renew your mind and spirit. Remember, God cares about every detail of your life (1 Peter 5:7).
Lastly, ###, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). He is our mediator, and it's in His name that we pray, knowing that God hears us. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's in Him that we find true joy and purpose."

Let their heart be aligned with this truth, finding satisfaction and fulfillment in every endeavor.
Lord, grant them strength in moments of fatigue. Your Word declares in **Isaiah 40:31** that "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." May ### be empowered by Your Spirit, running their race with joy and not growing weary, walking in peace and not fainting under the weight of responsibilities.
Help them, Father, to remember that You are their provider, their strength, and their joy. In **Nehemiah 8:10**, Your Word reminds us, "The joy of the Lord is your strength." Fill ###'s heart with this joy that transcends circumstances and lightens every burden. Let their workday be a testament to Your faithfulness, filled with moments of gratitude and glimpses of Your presence in every task they complete.
Guide them in balancing their work with rest, as You have commanded us to rest in You, knowing that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light (**Matthew 11:28-30**). May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).
We thank You, Lord, for the work You have provided for ###, and we trust that You will continue to bless them with joy, strength, and fulfillment in every step they take. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
