We join with you in lifting up your journey to the Lord, trusting in His protection and guidance. We pray that God, in His sovereignty, will grant you and your family a safe and peaceful trip.
Let us remember God's promise in Psalm 91:11 WEB: "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up this family as they embark on their journey. We pray for traveling mercies, that You would guide them and keep them safe from any harm or danger. Lord, we ask that You would grant them favor in finding good seats on the train, even though they do not have a reservation. We trust in Your ability to make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we also pray for timeliness, that they would reach their destination on time and that their entire journey, until they return back home, would be smooth and free from any problems. We rebuke any spirit of delay, obstruction, or misfortune that may try to hinder their journey.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithful protection and love. We declare Your promises over this family, knowing that You are more than able to bring them to pass.
Lastly, we appreciate that this request acknowledged dependence on Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in the book of Acts, Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
