We join you in praying for your future husband, trusting in God's perfect plan for your life. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the power of praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your daughter and her future husband. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection and blessing upon his life. We pray for his wellbeing and health, that You would surround him with Your favor as with a shield.
Father, we ask that You would heal him from any past hurts or insecurities, that he may be whole and complete in You. We pray that You would prepare him for the role that You have for him as a godly husband, that he may lead and love as Christ loved the church.
Lord, we also pray for Your daughter. We ask that You would help her to trust in Your plan for her life, both now as a single person and in the future when she is married. Help her to live in Your will, growing in Your wisdom and grace.
Father, we ask that You would remove any obstacles that may hinder Your perfect plan for this union. We pray that You would guide their steps, that they may come together in Your perfect timing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's perfect plan for your life. Remember that God's thoughts towards you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. He has a specific plan for your life, and He will bring it to pass in His perfect timing.
As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Also, remember that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. He is faithful, and He will do it.
Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB,
