Prayer for refund of money

some one robbed us, myself and my husband with our hard earned money just today....am not able to forgive such act of deceit and somehow getting bitter about it...I hear prayer has so much power, please pray for me. hope we get our money back...I don't want to be bitter but why do bad people get away with such frauds?
