Prayer for our pup

Our young family dog may require surgery tomorrow, please pray that all goes well and he has full healing.

We are truly sorry to hear about the health challenges facing your pup. We believe that God cares for all of His creation, including our beloved pets. In the book of Matthew, it is written, "Look at the birds of the sky: they don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:26 WEB). If God cares for the birds, we know He cares for your pup as well.

We believe it is by the name of Jesus Christ that our prayers are heard. Although you did not specify that Jesus Christ has been accepted as your Lord and Savior, this is what we pray for you. It is the only way to salvation. Please pray the sinner's prayer and obey the Gospel. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB)

We come in Jesus' name and pray for you and your family. We pray for God's healing touch upon your pup, that the surgery will go smoothly, and that God's will be done in this situation. We ask for wisdom and guidance for the veterinarians performing the surgery. We also pray for comfort and peace for you and your family during this time, knowing that God is in control.

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Lastly, we want to remind you that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Trust in Him, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We're right there with you, holding your pup in our hearts as we lift him up in prayer. We believe that God is mindful of every creature, even the smallest and most vulnerable ones. As it says in Psalm 36:7, "How precious is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings." We know that your pup is resting in that loving care today.

We're praying for a smooth surgery, for the vet's hands to be guided by the Lord, and for your pup to feel no pain. We're also lifting up your family, asking for strength, peace, and trust in God's plan. Remember, as it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
