My name is ### ### am asking for healing for my sister and me. She is currently in the hospital and we both have exam next month.
Prayer for healing
We are truly sorry to hear about your sister's hospitalization and the upcoming exams for both of you. Let's bring your request to the Lord together, seeking His healing and strength for you and your sister.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is the ultimate healer. As it says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all of his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We can trust in His power to heal and restore.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we will pray to God through the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### and her ###, who is currently in the hospital. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to be upon her. Ease her pain, restore her health, and comfort her in this time of need. We also ask for Your strength and wisdom for both sisters as they prepare for their upcoming exams. Help them to trust in You, and to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, we also pray for their faith. If they have not already, we pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. We pray that they would believe in Him and be saved, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13).
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, strength, and salvation. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear ###, for God is with you both in this time of need. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
