We are glad to join you in prayer for these important matters. Firstly, we would like to address something that was not mentioned. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved (Acts 4:12) and by which we pray (John 16:23-24). Furthermore, the Bible teaches that we should not worry about earthly needs like jobs or visas, but instead seek God's kingdom and righteousness first, and He will provide for our needs (Matthew 6:31-33).
Regarding the H1B visa sponsorship, we do not know the couple and will not know the intentions, but we will pray that you will have a chance to work in the US if that aligns with God's will and will glorify Jesus. Regarding the job, we pray for a good work environment, but more importantly, we pray for you to be a Christian witness to your coworkers as Jesus called us to be salt and light (Matthew 5:13-16). We will also pray for your future spouse as well.
Now, let us pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your will to be done in this situation. Lord, if it is Your will, please provide a good job for them with a positive work environment. We pray that You will open the doors for the H1B visa sponsorship if that aligns without violating biblical principles. We trust in Your sovereignty and goodness. Father, we ask that whoever the future spouse is, that they would be a godly man or woman and believe in Jesus Christ.
We also pray for their spiritual growth, that they may seek first Your kingdom and righteousness. Help them to be strong and courageous, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with those around them in the workplace.
In Jesus name, this is only how we can truly pray and have a connection with you. We pray for the future couple that they both know Jesus Christ and the power of his resurrection.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
