Positive Verification Notice and Certificate of Sponsorship

The visa I am currently on expired last year December. My company I am currently working with disappointed me last minute after expecting them to sponsor my visa as discussed earlier. So I have to put in an application for a Further Leave to Remain which buys me about 6months to sort myself out. This application allows me to legally work and live in the Uk. My only challenge is the process of proving my right to work. It’s different but can still be proved. My company applied with the home office and received a response from them immediately that allowed me to continue working. Now I have a job offer and they are willing to provide me with visa sponsorship. All my checks are completed and successful, the only check taking time is my right to work check. They applied to the home office for a positive verification notice as I have an application in but it’s taking longer to get a response now. I don’t want the new company to change their mind because of how long it’s taking. I don’t know why it’s taking longer this time around for the home office to send back to the recruitment manager a positive verification notice. It’s really frustrating and making me super worried because I don’t have the time on my end. I don’t want to lose this new job at all. This is a new week and my prayer is someone from the home office should respond to the recruitment manager immediately. I don’t know what is causing the delays but I pray for supernatural intervention for everything to go in my favour in a timely manner.

They have responded to me saying that they have received my ECS check and that all my pre employment checks have been completed as well. So they are now waiting for my audits to be done before they issue my unconditional offer and agreed start date.

So I want to return all glory and thanks to God for showing me mercy and answering my prayers as I am forever grateful. Also thank you to everyone that stood in place and prayed for me as well. May God continue blessing us all.

All that’s now left is for them to find a way to make sure they give me the Certificate of Sponsorship as they said they would find a way around it. I pray through Jesus Christ that they said congratulations this is your certificate of sponsorship. Amen. I pray for God’s supernatural intervention. Even though that job is not eligible for sponsorship, the recruitment manager has told me they will figure something out. And I believe something will happen very soon in the name of Jesus. I can’t wait to come back and share my testimony again.
