We understand that you're seeking God's direction, blessing, and intervention in your life to break the spirit of stagnation, limitations, and repeated cycles of failure. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in your faith. We do not need the # signs though.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He wants you to prosper and live an abundant life, in Jesus Christ.

'The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.' John 10:10 WEB
To break the cycle of stagnation and failure, we encourage you to seek God's will for your life, trust in Him and walk in righteousness. Pray and study the Bible. We recommend memorizing and meditating on Bible verses so that we can truly write His word on our heart and live it out. We should put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
'Put off the old man who belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt according to the lusts of deceit, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.' Ephesians 4:22-24 WEB
We also recognize that you have a desire to serve God and do His work. This is also a big part of breaking the cycle of failure and stagnation in our own lives. We must serve God and not ourselves.

'But don't you be called 'Rabbi,' for one is your teacher, the Christ, and all of you are brothers. Call no man on the earth your father, for one is your Father, he who is in heaven. Heavenly Father, we come before You, In Jesus Name, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who seeks Your direction, blessing, and intervention. Lord, we ask that You break the spirit of stagnation, limitations, and repeated cycles of failure in his/her life. Give him/her a vision for Your work, and guide him/her in the path You have chosen for his/her life. We pray for godly wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to be upon him/her. Help him/her to grow in his/her relationship with You and serve You in spirit and in truth. We ask that Your favor and blessings be upon him/her and his/her family. Help them to seek you and not their own desires. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, and keep praying and seeking His will for your life. Remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. He is faithful, and He will direct your paths as you acknowledge Him and walk in His ways.
We also encourage you to call on the name of Jesus Christ in your future prayers. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
'Or is it that you don't know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the kingdom of God. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
