We are delighted to join you in praying for your brother as he embarks on his new job position. It is wonderful that you are seeking God's favor on his behalf. Let us come together in prayer.
Let us remember the words of Scripture:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
For promotion doesn’t come from the east, nor from the west,
nor yet from the south;
but God is the judge:
he puts down one, and lifts up another.
Psalm 75:6-7 WEB
Let's pray this together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother as he begins his new job position. We ask, Lord, that You would bestow Your favor upon him, and that You would grant him favor in the eyes of his superiors and colleagues. We pray to You only Father God because it is only by the name of Your Son Jesus Christ that we can approach You.
Guide his steps, Lord, and give him wisdom and discernment in his new role. May he always acknowledge You in all his ways, and may You direct his paths. We pray that the light of Jesus would shine through him in his workplace, and that he would be a positive influence on those around him.
We rebuke any attempts by the enemy to undermine or sabotage his position. We claim the authority that God has entrusted to us at the name of Jesus to be able to behead and kneecap the enemy and to cast out any demons that would afflict. They shall not take his place, Father we pray.
Lord we pray you to bring your Holy Spirit on him to give him your strength and peace and help him to be a bold witness and testimony to those around him to the love of Jesus Christ
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your brother, trusting that God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers. Remember to always pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is the only way to have access to God and be saved. It is by confessing that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God has raised him from the dead that you are saved. The Bible says it clearly
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10
Keep the faith, and may God bless you and your brother as you both walk in His ways.
