As believers, we are called to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles. We should not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, yet we do not know if he is a Christian. For what fellowship has righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14.
We also want to address the fact that you are not married to this man, and it isn't wise to be emotionally attached to someone with the wrong intentions. It is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. Now to the unmarried and the widows I say it is good for them to remain unmarried, even as I am. But if they don't have self-control, let them marry. Lord, if this man is not Your will for her life or not a believer, we pray that You give her the strength to let go and trust in Your timing. If he is a believer and Your will for her, we pray for clear communication and direction for both of them. Help them to honor You in all they do, and guide them towards a godly marriage if it is Your will. We rebuke any feelings of confusion and anxiety, and we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. In Jesus' name, we pray.
