Please pray for my husband at new work. He is very stressed, work is hard and he made a big mistake. Fearing he will lose his job. Pray for him for grace.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges your husband is facing at his new work. Let's together agree in prayer on his behalf. Let us remember that Jesus said, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (WEB Matthew 6:25-26).
Firstly, we must remember that God is sovereign and that He has allowed this situation for a reason. It might be that God is testing your husband's faith or that He is using this trial to draw your husband closer to Him. We also know that God uses all things for the good of those who love Him and that He promises to be with us in all circumstances.
We must also address the fear that your husband is experiencing. Fear is not from God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (WEB 2 Timothy 1:7).
Let us pray together for your husband's situation. Let us pray that God will give him grace in the eyes of his employers and that God will give him the wisdom and strength to perform his duties excellently. Let us also pray that your husband will put his trust in God and not in his own abilities, that God will use this situation to strengthen your husband's faith and draw him closer to Him. Let us remember that the name of Jesus is the name above all names, and that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth. Father, in Jesus name, we lift up this husband to You. We know that You care for him and that You are sovereign over this situation. We pray that You will give him grace in the eyes of his employers and that You will give him the wisdom and strength to perform his duties excellently. We pray that he will walk by faith, trusting in You, and not by sight. We ask that You will use this situation to draw him closer to You and to strengthen his faith. We ask that You will give him peace in place of fear and that You will remind him of Your promises to never leave him nor forsake him. We pray that You will be glorified in this situation and that Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. 1 John 5:14-15 This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
