Prayer for abusive boss and toxic workplace

I also have issues about this topic 6 years ago..sadly until this day.. I just turned ### years old last October but because of my faith in Jesus I was able to hang on and still hanging on. I am a widower now, my wife died of Covid in August 2020. We have two children. By the grace of Jesus my eldest son has already graduated in college and is now working..but I'm still taking care of my youngest son who is now and by God's grace hopefully would finish his PT course this year...I know that God and the Holy Spirit are there to support me. Still, I believe in the power of prayer especially if more good people would help you pray to ease out my problem regarding this issue. So May I ask your grace to also pray for me to bless and enlighten those people who think differently against me..Thank you

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is currently facing a difficult situation in their workplace. Lord, we lift up ###'s concerns and anxieties to you. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.

Lord, you know the toxic environment ### is facing, where their boss verbally abuses those around them. We pray that you would bring about a change in this workplace, that the truth would be exposed and justice would prevail. We ask for your protection over ###'s heart and emotions during this challenging time.

Father, we pray for a way out for ### from this toxic workplace. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in finding a solution that will not negatively impact their teaching certification. Lord, open doors and provide opportunities for ### to transition into a healthier and more supportive work environment.

We declare your promise in Psalm 34:17-18, which says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim this promise over ###'s life, believing that you will deliver them from this distressing situation.

Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to bring about change. We ask for your peace to fill ###'s heart and mind, knowing that you are in control. Strengthen their faith and grant them the courage to persevere through this season.

Currently stuck in a toxic workplace because of my 1 year contract. I have 6 more months to go but I am feeling so anxious and depressed because my boss verbally abuses everyone around them and the district won’t do anything because their spouse contributes financially to the district so my boss is very well protected. Very anxious to go to work, I cry all the time and don’t know how to get out without it affecting my teaching certification. I pray that God takes me out of that place and exposes the truth. God please protect me and my heart.
