“The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know. Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so we can be quietly about our business of living simply, in humble contemplation. This is the way our Savior God wants us to live.”
1 Timothy 2:1-3 MSG

God, Thank you for this day. I pray for America. Our country is under attack by some of the people in our country. I pray they be still and hear your words. Forgive them Father for they not know what they do. I do know what you will do though. You will have justice for all, because you are not one to be played, for they don’t know you, but, I know you and I love thee. Instead of walking in peace they are headed for destruction and hurting anyone in their path. Which is wrong. I’m not a big fan of protesting and rioting because their are so many people who have built their dream in this country and trust and believe in you, and they don’t care, they are blaming everyone for actions we don’t have a say so on. It is not our fault someone killed a man. You of all know this. We are given a choice, a choice to do good or to do evil. I choose to do good and to protect. A path of evil is not how I won’t to live, I prefer to walk in peace and see the true light of the world, (Jesus), and speak righteously and live righteously, and lift others up as well as myself. I spoke with a black woman at work the other day, I asked her why are they protesting? She said because they are tired of it all. And what is she tired of? We all get picked on by someone. Does she not know this? It is how you control it and deal with it is what defines the type of person you are. We can’t speak for someone else. All we can do is speak for ourself. I’m not racists, I’m not perfect, and I’m not one to judge, but, I do know right from wrong. I pray they stand down. The justice they seek, they will never find not because of their color, but, because of how they go about it. They are many, yes indeed, but, wise about it, they are not. They are ruining other people’s property, they are acting out in an evil manner, and it is wrong, and I disagree with them. They are no more different than the man who killed that man. The government will get tired of it, and go in and start acting in a different manner. I just pray they stand down. My good side says to pray for them to calm down, and to treat others as you want to be treated, and to go in and stop the madness. God, I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen
