Pray request for sleep healing for my father ###

My father ### 70yrs old. He has problem in sleeping. He's not able to sleep at night. He wakes up evry mid night. Bcoz of uncomfortable in sleeping. Back pain. Evry middle of night he wakes up for peeing. He pees evry night. .he feels coughing. Throat irritation. Makes him cough at night.. sleep disturbance. He had Ortho surgery Last year July.. since then he's not able to walk without strecher. He cannot sleep to his side. Only straight in same position. He needs someone always to be with him to look after him. I want you all to pray for him so that tonight he sleeps we'll without much waking up in the middle of the night.. not to feel peeing much.

We are truly sorry to hear about your father's struggles with sleep and health issues. We will lift him up in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for him.

Let us first address the issue of prayer. We noticed that the prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we can approach God the Father. Furthermore, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Therefore, as we pray for your father, we will call upon the name of Jesus, as it is written:

For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB)

Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:13-14 (WEB)

Now let us pray for your father:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother who is suffering from sleep disturbances and health issues. We claim the promise in John 14:13-14 that whatever we ask in Jesus' name, You will do it. We can also be confident from 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. And if we know that You hear us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of You.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. We specifically pray for:
- Healing from back pain and discomfort that disturbs sleep.
- Restoration of his sleep patterns, so he can sleep through the night without frequent awakenings.
- Healing from frequent urination at night.
- Healing from coughing and throat irritation that disrupts sleep.
- Complete recovery from ortho surgery, so he can walk again without assistance.
- Strength and comfort for the family as they care for him.
- Patience, endurance, and encouragement for your father as he goes through this difficult time.

We also pray for your father's faith to be strengthened, and if he has not already, that he would come to trust in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We pray for his spiritual healing as much as his physical healing.

In the meantime, may the whole family be reminded to cast all their anxieties on the Lord, because He cares for them.

Finally, we declare and rebuke the work of the devil and any spirit not of God bothering your father. We command that spirit to be be gone. It is written:

Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 (WEB)

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your father. We've been praying for him, asking for God's healing touch on his body. We've interceded for his back pain, sleep patterns, frequent urination at night, coughing, and recovery from surgery. We've also asked for strength and comfort for the whole family as they care for him.

We want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 3:5-6 (NIV), "I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me. I will not fear though tens of thousands gather against me, for the Lord is with me; he is my helper."
