Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is struggling to fall asleep. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant ### the gift of sleep in this moment. Your Word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We pray that you would calm ###'s mind and body, removing any anxiety or restlessness that may be hindering ### from finding rest. May your presence surround ###, bringing comfort and tranquility. We also ask for your guidance and wisdom in establishing a healthy sleep routine and habits. Help ### to prioritize ### time and create a peaceful environment that promotes restful sleep. Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and believe that you are able to grant ### the sleep ### needs. We thank you in advance for hearing and answering this prayer. In Jesus' name, amen.
