Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is struggling to fall asleep. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant ### the gift of sleep at this moment. Your Word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We pray that you would calm ###'s mind and body, removing any anxiety or restlessness that may be hindering ### from finding rest. Help ### to cast all ### cares upon you, knowing that you care for ###. Lord, we ask that you would surround ### with your presence, bringing comfort and tranquility to ### spirit. May ### experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as ### surrenders ### worries and concerns to you. We also pray for any physical factors that may be contributing to ### sleeplessness. We ask for your healing touch upon ### body, bringing alignment and restoration to any areas that may be causing discomfort. Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to provide the rest that ### needs. We thank you in advance for hearing and answering this prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
