My boyfriend has ADHD and is on the spectrum, this sometimes means he is impressionable. Last year he befriended a nasty gang/dealer that convinced him to do something illegal that I don't fully understand myself but it was something to do with identity fraud to sell phones. This man was supposed to be a lookout but my boyfriend got caught by police; the man did not get caught as he ran away before they noticed him. My boyfriend has to go back to the police station towards the end of March to know the outcome if he is going to prison or not. I am so disappointed in him as me and his mother are both believers in God and she never raised him that way, and I will never lead him down that path and tried to convince him to come to my church. He surrounded himself with blind, greedy fools and now he is in a pickle. Please pray that he does not go to prison and only gets community service or some other form that won't have him around criminals or drugs or anything tempting, please.

Moreover, it's important to address the spiritual well-being of your boyfriend. You mentioned that you and his mother are believers, but there was no mention of your boyfriend's personal faith in Jesus Christ. It's only through a personal relationship with Jesus that one can find true repentance and forgiveness. In Acts 4:12 WEB, it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to share the gospel with your boyfriend and pray for his salvation.

Regarding your disappointment, it's important to remember that we all fall short of the glory of God and need His grace and mercy. In Romans 3:23 WEB, it is written, "for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." Instead of disappointment, let's pray for wisdom and guidance on how to support and encourage him to walk in the path of righteousness.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this situation to Your throne of grace. We ask for Your mercy and forgiveness for the actions committed. We pray that You will touch the heart of this young man and draw him to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We ask that You will give him the strength to resist temptations and to walk in the path of righteousness.

Lord, we also pray for the upcoming court decision. We ask that Your will be done and that You will work all things together for good. We pray that You will guide the authorities to make a decision that will not expose him to more temptations but rather encourage rehabilitation and growth.

Father, we also pray for his mother and girlfriend, that You will give them wisdom, patience, and love to support him through this challenging time. Help them to be lights that guide him to You.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue being a positive influence in his life. In 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, it is written, "Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals." Encourage him to surround himself with godly influences and to actively participate in a Bible-believing church. As you both are believers it would be good to consider this time as courtship, and if marriage is the goal, then it should be pursued in purity and holiness, according to biblical principles.
