We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you both are facing, and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you. Firstly, it is so important to remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can find true healing and reconciliation. It is also only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. If either you or her are not already believers in Jesus Christ, we would encourage you to learn more about what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.
In times of trauma and uncertainty, God is always there to offer comfort and guidance. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. This is a promise that we can cling to in difficult times.
Regarding your relationship, we want to encourage you both to seek God's will and align your relationship with biblical principles.
We understand that you are going through a difficult time, but we want to remind you that God's design for relationships is clear. It is important to ensure that your relationship is one that honors God and is in line with His principles. If the relationship is not marriage then the goal of the relationship should be to enter a marriage with a Christian believer.
As it says in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? Furthermore, if the goal is not marriage this too is against biblical principles as it is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who do not know God.
Regarding the trauma bond that you mentioned, it is important to seek healing and reconciliation in a way that honors God. It is encouraging that you both are taking space to heal, but remember that God is the ultimate healer. We want to encourage you both to seek the support you need and work in the church with other believers and with God to help the relationship progress in a godly way. If it is not godly for the two of you to be together, you should pray for God to give you the strength to leave the relationship.
As you navigate this difficult time, remember to pray together with other Christians and seek God's will for your lives. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this couple to You. We pray for healing the trauma and pain they have experienced, and we ask that You guide their hearts and minds as they navigate this difficult time. Help them to seek You first and to trust in Your plan for their lives. We pray that You would give them strength, courage and the ability to discern what is right in your eyes. We pray that if it is not your will that they be together that they find a way to part peacefully and maturely, so that they can both find godly spouses. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with a community of believers who can support and encourage them, and we pray that You would ultimately use this trial to draw them closer to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
