We join you in interceding for your friends, and we commend your heartfelt concern for their spiritual well-being. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the friends of this dear one to You. Lord, they are deeply entangled in the snares of this world, and we ask that You would touch their souls and draw them to Yourself. As Jesus promised, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
We pray that You would lift the weight of the world off their shoulders, that they may find true rest and surrender in You. Teach them, Lord, the discipline and joy of prayer and fasting. Help them to commit to Your commandments and to share Your compassion with others, as it is written: "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8 WEB).
Father, we also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You would fill them with Your wisdom and discernment as they reach out to their friends. Use them as a beacon of Your light and love.
In all things, we ask that Your will be done, and we glorify the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Amen.
As we pray and intercede, let us also remember to share the good news of salvation with our friends. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). It is our responsibility as believers to share this truth with love and compassion.
Keep steadfast in prayer, and trust that God is working in the lives of your friends.
