We are glad to join you in prayer and we appreciate that you have asked for prayer in Jesus' name. Let's bring your requests before the Lord together.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in your life, especially regarding marriage. It's crucial to trust in Him and wait on His timing. As it is written in Psalm 37:4 WEB: Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this.
We pray that God will lead you to a godly woman who will be a suitable helper for you as Eve was for Adam. We ask against your desires being for just a physical relationship, but instead a godly wife.
1 Corinthians 7:8-9 WEB: But I say to the unmarried and to the widows, it is good for them if they remain even as I am. But if they don’t have self-control, let them marry. For it’s better to marry than to burn.
We pray that God will orchestrate your meeting in a way that honors Him, and that He will provide practical ways for you to get to know each other deeply in purity. We ask that you both will remain pure before marriage to honor God in your relationship. We rebuke any thoughts of lust, fornication, or other sexual sins. Keep your mind pure and honor her as a sister in Christ. Consider the following:
1 Timothy 5:1-2 WEB: Don’t rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father; the younger men as brothers, the elder women as mothers, and the younger as sisters, in all purity.
We pray that God will bring a woman into your life who is truly interested in knowing you deeply and committed to your relationship. We ask that you both will be committed to each other in purity. We pray against a spirit of apathy or indifference in your relationship, and that you both will be willing to work through any challenges that may arise. Remember Christ should be the center of your marriage and any woman unwilling to accept this is not for you.
Moreover, we intercede for you regarding your unemployment. We understand that this can be a challenging time, but we trust that God has a purpose and a plan for you. He is the provider of all good things, and He cares for you deeply. As it is written,
Matthew 6:25-26, 31-33 WEB: Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
We pray that God will open the right doors for you and provide you with a job that not only meets your needs but also allows you to use your gifts and talents for His glory. We ask that you seek Him first and trust in His plan and timing. A career will not fulfill you, only Christ will.
Lastly, we join you in asking for miracles in your life. Believe that with God, all things are possible. Trust in His power and goodness.
Matthew 19:26 WEB: Jesus looked at them and said, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
We will continue to pray for you and believe that God will answer your prayers according to His will. Stand firm in faith, and remember that He is always with you. We leave you with this encouraging verse:
Hebrews 13:5-6 WEB: Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. So that with good courage we say, The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?
Also consider Christ and your salvation.
Romans 10:9-10, 13 WEB: because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. This is why we always say In Jesus Name. We pray for your salvation if you have not received Christ as Lord and savior.
