Pray for me for courage to face fear. Tmrow I've ear drum operation pls kindly pray for me for successful operation tmrow. I'm feeling scared also. Let me have faith in Jesus not to worry anything. Operation to be successful. Dr Abhijeet Bhatia who'll be operating me pray for so that God will be with him during operation time also all the nurse. Amen

If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces
love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh.
Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts they can cause health problems.

Things you can do for Anxiety:

1. Deep breathing daily...
2. Think about today
3. Don't try to predict the future
4. We can always in control of our own actions, thoughts and feelings.
5. Pray
6. Meditation on God and the good things in your life
7. Exercise- walk or do something that moves your body
8. Give your problems to God
9.Don't try to predict what others are thinking.​
