"""Humanity is the holy infant for whom God so desires a heavenly peace and I cannot help but wonder how we can bring calm and bright, how we can bring peace into our own corner of the world. What does it mean for us to shine the light of Christ into the darkness? What does it mean for us to help others find their way?""" Almighty Creator, thank you creator, for those that have come and gone before we lucky initiates. May we look with the eye that you have given us. To not only be hearers but doers of your word. Fill us with your wisdom, knowledge and understanding. If your word says, love your neighbor as you would yourself. let us do that and so much more. Creator, I have heard, seen and obeyed much, but you know I have been obstinate at times. As the word also says, give an eye for an eye-a tooth for a tooth. There was once a day, where we actually had to get out and barter with our neighbor to survive. We need to return to such a day. Let us know our neighbor, let us love our neighbor, let us commune with our neighbor, let us greet our neighbor, let us provide a cold drink of water for our neighbor. I was homeless for 18 1/2 years and if it wasn't for those acts of random kindness, I may still be in that place of forgetfulness. I pray for this dear brother and or sister, that they may know heavenly peace and physical wellbeing. Like Jesus drawing in the sand, if this reveals something else, then let the Glory, Honor and Praise be yours. If I am not mistaken a simple 'thank you God' will do sufficiently. Thank you creator for the marvelous works of your holy people at Kingwood UMC for the words of wisdom. Bless all that take a few seconds from their day to pray and read these words. Thank you Creator-A humble Initiate.
