We understand that you're seeking prayer for financial provision and communication in your relationship. However, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Let us pray together in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting God for your needs. It is wonderful that you are committed to communication and supporting each other even before marriage. As it is written, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
However, we also want to remind you of the biblical principles for relationships and marriage. Make sure that your relationship is aligned with God's will and that you are both believers as the Bible says, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for bringing this couple together and for Your continual blessings in their lives. Lord, we ask for Your provision in their financial needs, specifically for the husband to have enough funds to pay his phone bill so that they can maintain communication throughout the week.
We pray for the husband's job, that You would bless it and enable him to pay all necessary bills, allowing them to continue being a blessing to each other and to those around them. Guide them as they prepare for marriage, and help them to keep You at the center of their relationship.
Lord, we also pray that if there are any areas in their relationship that do not align with Your will, that You would reveal them and guide them according to Your Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage both of you to continue growing in your faith and to keep Jesus Christ, as He is the center of your relationship. Seek Him daily through prayer and studying His Word. Remember, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB)
If either of you has not accepted Jesus Christ, we encourage both of you to repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God as your Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life as it is written, "because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
May God continue to bless your journey together as you honor Him and His Word.
