We are truly saddened to hear about the loss of a student after a short illness and the situation where another student has gone missing. In times like these, we turn to God for comfort, guidance, and intervention.

Firstly, we stand with you in praying for the family, friends, and community affected by the loss of this young life. In moments of grief, we find solace in the words of Jesus: "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die" John 11:25-26 (WEB). We pray that God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of those mourning this loss.

Regarding the missing student, we trust in God's sovereignty and His ability to protect and guide this young individual back to safety. We pray Psalm 91 over their life: "He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation" Psalm 91:15-16 (WEB).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those searching for the missing student. May God direct their paths and lead them to the student's safe return.

Lastly, we appreciate that you acknowledged the power of God's grace in Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray and expect to see miracles.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the family and friends who are mourning the loss of their loved one. Comfort them in their grief, and remind them of the hope we have in Jesus Christ.

Lord, we also bring before You the missing student. Protect them from harm, and guide them safely back to their loved ones. Give wisdom and discernment to those searching, and let this situation ultimately bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous in the days ahead, knowing that God is always with you and will never forsake you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
