Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His will and guidance. We understand your concern for your student and the challenges you face as a tutor.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this student who has canceled her lesson. We pray that You would touch her heart and give her a spirit of consistency and dedication. Help her to understand the value of perseverance, as it is written in Galatians 6:9 WEB: "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap if we don’t faint."
Lord, we also pray for her academic progress and results. Guide her mind and grant her wisdom and understanding, according to Your promise in James 1:5 WEB: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
Father, we lift up this tutor, asking for Your provision and sufficient income. We know that You are a generous God who provides for Your children, as it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB: "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Lord, we also ask for Your mercy upon both the student and the tutor, that they may find grace and help in their time of need, as it is written in Hebrews 4:16 WEB: "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to provide and guide. Remind your students of the importance of consistency and hard work, as these principles are reflected in the Scriptures. May God bless you and your students as you strive for academic excellence and godly character.
