Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who has submitted this prayer request. We lift up this Christian man who is an old acquaintance, asking that you would intervene and bring about a friendship or relationship between them. Lord, we know that you are the one who orchestrates connections and relationships, and we ask that you would move in their lives to bring them together according to your perfect will.
We also lift up the elderly mother's health to you, dear Lord. We ask for your healing touch upon her body, that you would bring strength, comfort, and restoration. May your peace and presence be with her and her family during this time.
Father, we pray for healing from the past for both our anonymous friend and this Christian man. We ask that you would bring healing and restoration to any wounds, hurts, or brokenness they may have experienced. May they find healing and wholeness in you, Lord, and may their past no longer have power over their present and future.
We also pray that this man does not leave his company and move away, if it is your will, Lord. We trust in your divine guidance and ask that you would direct his steps according to your perfect plan for his life.
Lord, we desire for the personal relationship that each of them has with you to grow closer and stronger. We ask that you would draw them nearer to you, deepening their faith and intimacy with you. May they seek you diligently, finding strength, guidance, and comfort in your presence.
If there has been an issue with alcohol in this man's life, we pray for his recovery and deliverance. We ask that you would break any chains of addiction and bring freedom and healing. Fill him with your Holy Spirit, Lord, and lead him on the path of righteousness.
Lastly, we ask for encouragement in this area of our anonymous friend's life. If this relationship is not meant to be, we pray that you would open other doors and guide them to the plans and purposes you have for their lives. Give them hope, peace, and assurance that you are working all things together for their good.
