Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### in prayer. We thank you for the job opportunities that have come his way, and we acknowledge that you are the source of every good thing in our lives. We praise you for your faithfulness and provision.
Lord, we understand the confusion and uncertainty that ### is facing regarding the job offers he has received. We ask for your guidance and wisdom as he makes decisions about his future employment. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give generously without finding fault. We pray that you would grant ### clarity of mind and discernment as he navigates this decision-making process.
Father, we specifically lift up the final interview that ### has tomorrow. We ask for your divine favor to be upon him during this interview. May your presence go before him, giving him peace, confidence, and the right words to speak. We pray that you would open the doors that align with your perfect will for his life and close the doors that are not meant for him.
Lord, we also bring before you ###'s desire for a government contract or permanent job. We understand that due to the elections, these opportunities may be on hold. We ask that you would intervene in this situation, bringing about the right timing and the right opportunity for ###. Your Word assures us in Psalm 75:6-7 that promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south, but from you alone. We trust in your sovereignty and ask for your divine intervention in ###'s job search.
Lastly, Lord, we surrender this entire situation into your hands. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and that you know what is best for ###'s life. We pray for your will to be done, knowing that your plans are always good and perfect. Give ### peace and assurance as he waits for your perfect timing.
