Please I’ve tried water fasting, praying constantly, been born again year and a half now, and this porn addiction won’t go, please help.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their struggle with porn addiction. Lord, we acknowledge that this addiction is a stronghold that has taken hold of their life and is causing harm and destruction. We humbly ask for your intervention and deliverance in this situation.
Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body." Lord, we pray that ### will have the strength and determination to flee from this temptation and turn away from the allure of pornography.
We rebuke the work of Satan in ###'s life in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask that you break the chains of addiction and set them free from the bondage that holds them captive. Fill their heart with a deep desire to pursue purity and holiness, and grant them the grace to resist the temptations that come their way.
Father, we pray for healing and restoration in every area of ###'s life that has been affected by this addiction. Bring healing to their mind, emotions, and relationships. Surround them with a support system of godly individuals who will encourage and uplift them in their journey towards freedom.
Lord, we know that victory is possible through your power and grace. We ask for your Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen ### each day, helping them to overcome every temptation and to walk in purity. Grant them the wisdom to seek help and support from professionals and support groups that can aid them in their recovery.
We declare in faith that ### is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus. We believe that you are able to restore and transform their life, bringing them into a place of freedom and wholeness. May your love and grace abound in their life, leading them to a life of purity and righteousness.
