Let us come together in prayer for your situation. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the importance of seeking God's will in all circumstances. Jesus tells us in Matthew 18:19-20, "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. Let us pray for your brother's health, both physical and mental. We ask God to guide him to seek the medical help he needs for his tuberculosis and to bring healing to his body. We also pray for your protection, that you will not contract this illness. In Exodus 15:26, God says, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."
We also lift up your brother's mental health, asking God to ease his manic behavior and bring peace to his mind. In Philippians 4:7, the Apostle Paul writes, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
