We are here to lift you up in prayer and to offer guidance from the Word of God. Firstly, we acknowledge your pain and the feelings of inadequacy you are experiencing. We commend you for reaching out and recognizing your need for Jesus.
Remember, we have hope in Christ Jesus. God's Word tells us, For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). God has a purpose for you, and your feelings of worthlessness are not from Him.
However, we want to address something crucial in your prayer. You mentioned being punished for your sins. It's important to understand that Jesus Christ took your punishment upon Himself. As it is written, He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). Punishment for your sins is not necessary, Jesus took the punishment for all your sins on the cross. Forgiveness is given to you by Jesus Christ.
Moreover, your intercession for your siblings is commendable, but remember, God does not punish us for the sins of others, nor does He punish others for our sins. Ezekial 18:20 tells us, The soul who sins, he shall die: the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We lift up this dear soul to You, who is feeling stupid, worthless, and useless. We pray that You will heal their heart and remind them of their worth in You. You said in your Word, I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well (Psalm 139:14 WEB).
Help this individual to understand the power of Your forgiveness and the freedom that comes from knowing their sins are forgiven and forgotten as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us (Psalm 103:12 WEB).
Help them know that You have a purpose and a plan for their life. Guide them according to Your will, and help them to seek You with all their heart and to trust You, O Lord, with all their heart, and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways acknowledge You, and You will make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and a renewed sense of purpose. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to call upon the name of Jesus and seek a close, personal, and intimate relationship with Him. When you do this and trust in his offering on the Cross of Calvary, which was that He took your punishment already for you, then you can be saved. And when you do this, you can be saved by believing in Him and confessing Him as Lord. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed...for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:11-13 WEB).
