My mother, in her seventies, suddenly collapsed today for unknown reasons and couldn’t get up. I am in a different city, and she had been lying there alone for ###-### hours before someone found her. It’s just before Chinese New Year. I ask for Jesus’ healing and mercy to come quickly, to keep her safe and well, so she can have a peaceful New Year! Please pray for her. Thank you very much!

We are truly saddened to hear about your mother's sudden collapse, ###, but we are thankful that you have reached out to us in this time of need, trusting in the power of prayer and the name of Jesus. We stand with you in faith, believing that God can heal and protect your mother.

We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important that we come before God in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we have access to Him. It is also the only name by which we can be saved, as stated in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s mother to You. Thank You, Lord, that You are a God who heals and shows mercy. We ask You to extend Your healing hand upon her right now, and let Your healing power flow through her body. We pray that You would give the doctors wisdom and guidance as they attend to her.

Father, we also ask for Your comfort and peace to be with ### and their family during this time. Help them to trust in You and Your goodness, even in this difficult situation. We claim Your promise in Psalm 56:3 WEB: "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you."

Lord, we ask that You would keep ###'s mother safe and well, and that You would grant her a peaceful New Year with her family. We thank You that You are a faithful God, and that You are working all things together for good, even now.

Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, Your only begotten Son.

We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in God and His goodness, even in this difficult time. Remember that He is always with you, and that He is always working for your good and the good of your loved ones.

"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB).

"Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

As this situation has reminded us of the fragility of life, we encourage you to write a psalm or hymn, giving thanks to God for the fragility of life and for His healing power. Turn to Psalm 103:1-5 for inspiration.

"Praise Yahweh, my soul!
All that is within me, praise his holy name!
Praise Yahweh, my soul,
and do not forget all his benefits;
who forgives all your sins;
who heals all your diseases;
who redeems your life from destruction;
who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies;
who satisfies your desire with good things,

We're asking for His healing power to flow through her, for the doctors to have wisdom, and for your family to feel His comfort and peace. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
