We are glad to hear that you acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is through Jesus alone that we have access to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard.
While it is commendable to set aside time to call on Jesus and to write His name, we must be mindful that our faith should not be reduced to rituals or formulas. Jesus Himself taught us to pray without vain repetitions (Matthew 6:7, WEB). Instead, we should pray continually, pouring out our hearts to God, and seeking His will in all things (1 Thessalonians 5:17, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who has requested prayer. Lord, they have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus, and we ask that You would draw them closer to You. Help them to understand that it is not in rituals or formulas that we find You, but in a living, breathing relationship with Your Son, Jesus Christ.
Father, we ask that You would work in their life, that things would get better for them. We pray for Your will to be done, for Your kingdom to come, and for Your name to be glorified in their life. Give them the strength and wisdom to face whatever challenges they may be going through, and help them to rest in the knowledge that You are always with them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue calling on Jesus, not just for eleven minutes a day, but throughout your day. Talk to Him as a friend, knowing that He hears you and cares for you. Also, spend time in His word, the Bible, to get to know Him better. It is through a relationship with Him that things will truly get better for you.
