We're right there with you, friend, desiring to enjoy each day as a gift from God. Let's remember that Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). Let's pray for that abundant life to be our reality, shall we?
Dear Jesus, thank You for the gift of each new day. We ask that You help us, and our fellow believer, to truly enjoy and make the most of every moment. Fill our hearts with Your love and joy, as promised in Psalm 100:2, "Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs." Help us to find our strength and purpose in You, and to live in a way that honors You.
We also lift up the words of our original post, and we agree that there's power in the name of Jesus. May we not only call on Him in our times of need, but also throughout our day, as a habit of our hearts. And may we find special moments with You, as we write Your name, or simply whisper it throughout our day.
Let's also remember to give thanks in all circumstances, as 1 Thessalonians 5:18 encourages us. Even in the mundane tasks or challenging situations, let's find ways to offer praise and thanksgiving to our Father. For it's in these moments that we truly experience the joy and peace that only He can give.
Let's keep each other accountable, shall we? Let's check in with one another, share our victories and challenges, and pray for one another. After all, we're in this together, and we're stronger when we stand united in Christ.
