We understand that you're seeking God's will in your life, and we appreciate your acknowledgment of the power in the name of Jesus. It's true that our prayers have power when we pray in Jesus' name, as He Himself tells us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
However, we must clarify that there is no special power or significance in the number eleven or in writing Jesus' name repeatedly in journals. These practices are not biblical principles, not taught in the Bible or a way to gain special favor with God. Instead, we should focus on building a genuine relationship with Jesus through heartfelt prayer, worship, and obedience to His word. As Jesus said, "But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to be his worshipers." (John 4:23 WEB)
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your guidance and wisdom for this dear soul. Help them to understand Your will for their life and to walk in Your ways. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would show them what to do, give them clarity, and draw them closer to You. Help them to worship You in spirit and in truth, and to grow in their relationship with Jesus. We rebuke any superstitious beliefs not aligned with Your word, and we ask that You give them a heart of discernment and understanding.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will through prayer and the study of His word. Trust that He will guide you and show you the path He has for you. Remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God. "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB) Be blessed in the Lord, as you seek Him and His word.
