We are truly saddened to hear about this tragic event and we are committed to lifting up this individual in prayer. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind everyone that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this individual who has been critically injured in a hit and run accident. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon their head and chest injuries. We pray for complete and miraculous healing, that defies all medical expectations.
We also pray for the comfort and peace of their family and loved ones during this difficult time. Surround them with Your love and support, and guide the doctors and medical staff as they provide care.
Lord, we also pray for the person who caused this accident. We know that nothing is hidden from Your sight, and we ask that You would bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Help them to take responsibility for their actions and to seek forgiveness.
Lastly, we just thank you Lord for your forgiveness, mercy, and love. In Jesus name we pray.
We encourage everyone to continue praying fervently for this individual and their family, trusting that God is able to work all things together for good to those who love Him, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
In times of trouble, we can always find comfort in the words of Psalm 46:1 WEB: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Let us hold onto this promise, knowing that God is with us and will never forsake us.
Lastly, we want to address the fact that the request did not include the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage everyone to always include the name of Jesus in their prayers, as it is through His name that we have the privilege to even pray and that God will hear our prayers. If you have not believed in Jesus Christ then confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and you will be saved. Romans 10:9 WEB.
