I deal with some issues as well. And they ALWAYS improve when I fast. Not because I am so righteous but because it is the easiest, most simple, cheapest way that I can help my body heal itself and turn to the Lord for His healing. When you fast your body stops digestion and focuses on healing (autophagy). I don't like fasting but I always feel much better, more energized when I do.
My legs hurt. When I fast they get way better. I had sleep apnea but fasted, dropped 10% weight= unnoticeable now. Infected tooth, swollen face 1 1/2 month ago= gone now and tooth fine (yes I need a dental check up to be safe). Nasal congestion and had to stop using nasal spray past three days fasted for healing.
LORD GOD ALMIGHTY PLEASE IN YOUR MERCY HEAL HER NOW. GIVE HER EVERY GOOD NUTRITION OR A NEW MEDICINE GOING IN TO HELP. GIVE HER EVERY RELIEF OF TOXINS, EXCESS OUTPUT ON HER URINARY TRACT TO LET IT HEAL. GIVE GER FITNESS STRENGTH AND MOBILITY TO MAKE DEALING WITH IT EASIER AND LIFT HER SPIRITS. PLEASE LORD END THIS MISERY AND JUST HEAL HER IN YOUR MERCY JESUS NOW PLEASE. AMEN!
