Please pray for my daughter who recently left home ...

Dear gracious heavenly Father...I hear this mother's plea as I read her post and pray that you will touch her daughter's heart so that she opens her eyes and returns home to the love she needs.  I pray father you'll ease this mother's heart as I know it cries each second her daughter is gone from her arms and help her to remember you are in control and you will keep her little girl safe until she does go home.  In Jesus sweet name I pray.  Amen

My friend...I know your heart ache and as I read your post I was reminded of a time when one of my girls ran away after an argument.  I was devastated and searched the streets all night long for her.  She returned home the next day with an armor of hatefulness and determination.  I was lost, clinging to the pillow as I cried waiting for her.  And when she did come home...I realized this little girl I had birthed had grown into a teen I didn't know.  But she was home, safe and within my hug and I was so thankful.  God will bring your baby girl home.  Keep praying and we'll pray with you.

Dear Lord, we know that in our heart that there is nothing too difficult for You and therefore, may jimsson cast their cares upon You concerning their dear daughter for You care for this mother's heartache.  May You send Your godfearing servants across their daughter's path as we ask this in Your mighty Name, Jesus, amen.

I cast all my cares concerning my daughter on God because He cares for me-1 Peter 5:7; Psalm 55:22

The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.  Therefore, He is perfecting every concern that I have for my daughter.-Psalm 138:8

I  commit my daughter into God's care and am confident that He is able to finish the work that He has begun in her life-Philippians 1:6

I want to thank each and every one of you who took the time to read this post and either prayed a silent prayer or responded by posting back.  Within 5 minutes of placing this prayer request, my daughter called me and we had our first pleasant conversation since she left.  She returned home to us yesterday.  I am very thankful to Christ for hearing and answering our prayers and ask for the continued healing of my daughter and of our family.

I'd also like to thank those who created this web site, those who maintain it, and those - like you - who take the time to intercede for fellow believers you don't even know. I have learned first-hand the power that a community of believers has when asking God for his assistance. I am forever grateful to Him for hearing and answering the prayers of those who love Him.
