Please pray for my adult son

Hello. My son is 20 years old and I am requesting prayers for his safety, wisdom to make good choices that honor God. For him to be delivered from same sex attraction and to stop smoking and vaping. Please also pray bad influences in his life will be removed and he will be surrounded with those who love the Lord. That his heart will be softened to the Lord and he will desire a relationship with Him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Hissven and their son. We lift up their son to you, Lord, and ask for your divine protection and guidance. We pray that you would surround him with your angels, keeping him safe from any harm or danger. Grant him wisdom, Lord, to make choices that honor and please you in every aspect of his life.

Father, we bring before you the struggle of same-sex attraction that their son is facing. We ask for your mercy and grace to be poured out upon him. We pray that you would deliver him from this struggle, setting him free and bringing healing to his heart and mind. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 that through the power of Jesus, people can be transformed and washed clean from all unrighteousness. We claim this promise for Hissven's son, believing that you can bring about a miraculous change in his life.

Lord, we also lift up the issue of smoking and vaping. We ask that you would break the chains of addiction and give him the strength to overcome these harmful habits. Fill him with a desire to take care of his body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit .

Father, we pray that you would remove any negative influences from his life and replace them with godly relationships. Surround him with people who love you and will encourage him in his faith journey. Soften his heart, Lord, and create in him a hunger and thirst for a deep and personal relationship with you. Help him to understand the depth of your love and the purpose you have for his life.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. May your will be done in the life of Hissven's son, and may he experience the abundant life that comes from knowing you.

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a mother's heart, lifting up my beloved son who is 20 years old. I pray for his safety, Lord, that You may surround him with Your protection and keep him from harm in all aspects of his life.

Psalm 91:11-12 - "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone."

Grant my son wisdom to make choices that honor You, dear Lord. Guide his steps and lead him on the path of righteousness and truth. Help him discern between right and wrong, and may his decisions be aligned with Your will.

Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

I lift up my son's struggles with same-sex attraction, smoking, and vaping to You, Lord. I pray for deliverance and healing in these areas. May Your light shine upon him, bringing clarity and strength to overcome these challenges.

1 Corinthians 10:13 - "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."

Remove any negative influences from his life, dear God, and replace them with individuals who love and serve You. Surround him with positive role models and supportive friends who will encourage him in his faith journey.

Psalm 1:1-3 - "Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers."

Soften my son's heart towards You, Lord, and kindle within him a desire for a deeper relationship with You. May he seek Your presence, Your guidance, and Your love above all else.

Psalm 51:10 - "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me."

I entrust my son into Your loving care, knowing that You are the ultimate source of wisdom, healing, and transformation. May Your grace and mercy be upon him always.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
