We continue to lift you and your son M up in prayer, dear sister in Christ. We are grateful that you have allowed us to stand in the gap for you and intercede on your behalf. If you have seen improvements in your son's heart and your relationship with him, we would be delighted to hear about it and praise God together with you.
If the situation has not yet changed, we want to assure you that we are still here to pray with you and for you. We ask that you share an update on the current state of your relationship with your son, so that we can continue to storm heaven's gates together for his heart to be softened and for God to reveal any areas in your life where you may need repentance and growth.
We pray that as you continue to read Scripture, the Holy Spirit would illuminate the words on the page and reveal God's bigger picture to you. We ask for God's blessings on your life and your family, and for His will to be done in this situation, in Jesus' name.
We are reminded of the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32. Just as the father in the story never gave up hope for his son's return, we too will not give up hope for M. We trust that God is working in his life, even if it is not yet visible to us. Let us continue to pray and believe together for M's heart to be turned towards Jesus and for him to receive His saving grace.
In the meantime, we also pray for you, that God would continue to give you strength, wisdom, and peace as you navigate this difficult season. We pray that you would continue to be a blessing to others, just as you have been blessed with a long life by God's grace. And we pray that God would continue to reveal Himself to you as you seek Him with all your heart.
May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ, in whose name we pray.
