Lord please help Gonbin get a small, easy routine to follow and it becomes a habit that sticks to him. Let him pray to You Jesus for help to keep going and persist even just micro work outs to feel fitness and health improve. Let his temple be healthy Lord please. Let him have 1 Timothy 4:8
