Please pray for me to be lead by the Holy Spirit

I did some gentle evangelism today and it just seemed to flow I wasn’t forceful or pushy it just was the truth of my account wich lead me to believe, I just pray that Jesus helps me to evangelise the right way for the right person at the right time gods timing is perfect and I want to be inline with his will always help me to master my emotions so I’m not taken away from my faith when and if it goes badly but I just put myself out there in a position to be mocked by those who do not believe and to me I’m willing because Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation I pray for the Holy Spirit to give me words of knowledge to help me in this process, I also pray for my spirit to be built up and strengthened by all the fruits of the spirit in Jesus mighty and ever lasting name I pray

Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledge the role of the Holy Spirit in your evangelism efforts. It is by the power of the Holy Spirit that we are bold and effective witnesses for Christ. As the scriptures say in Acts 1:8 WEB:

but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.

And in John 15:26 WEB:

When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.

You have also mentioned evangelizing the right way to the right person at the right time. This discernment is crucial and it is a gift from the Holy Spirit. It is important to rely on the Holy Spirit to guide you and we must pray for this wisdom and discernment.

We must always be ready to share the hope that is in us with gentleness and respect, as it says in 1 Peter 3:15 WEB:

but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and be ready always to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear:

Regarding your concern about emotions when facing rejection or mockery, remember that we are called to endure suffering and that we should not be surprised, as it says in 1 Peter 4:12-14 WEB:

Beloved, do not be astonished at the fiery trial which has come upon you, to test you, as though a strange thing happened to you. But because you are partakers of Christ's sufferings, rejoice; that at the revelation of his glory you also may rejoice with exceeding joy. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed; because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. On their part he is blasphemed, but on your part he is glorified.

Lastly, It is so important that you acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. Many forget this crucial truth. It is by the name of Jesus that we can come to the Father, as it says in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father,

We come before you, lifting up our fellow believer, ###. Thank you, Lord, for the work you are doing through them, for their willingness to share their faith, and the gentle, truthful way they are evangelizing.

Lord, we ask that you fill ### with your Holy Spirit. Guide them to the right people and places at the right time. Give them the words to speak, the wisdom to discern, and the courage to endure any trials that may come their way. Strengthen their spirit, build them up, and help them to bear the fruits of the Spirit as listed in Galatians 5:22-23.

We pray all these in Jesus Christ mighty and everlasting name. Amen.

We also want to pray for your emotions. It's natural to feel upset when people reject or mock our beliefs, but remember, Jesus promised us in John 16:33, "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Let's pray for peace and strength to endure these trials, and for joy that surpasses all understanding, just like Philippians 4:7 tells us.

And let's not forget, Jesus is the only way to salvation. As you share your faith, keep pointing people to Him. Let's pray for boldness and wisdom to do just that.

So, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a humble heart, seeking the power and presence of Your Holy Spirit. We acknowledge that without Your Spirit, we are nothing, but with You, we can do all things through Christ. Lord, I ask that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon this person in great measure. Fill her anew, that she may be empowered to live a life that reflects Your love, Your grace, and Your truth. Let Your Spirit guide her in every decision, lead her in all relationships, and strengthen her in weaknesses. Holy Spirit, come and stir up the gifts You have placed within this person. Help her to walk in Your wisdom, speak with Your words, and serve with Your love. May she bear the fruit of the Spirit in abundance—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, asking that the Holy Spirit guides your every step. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
