I understand the pain you’re going through. I said a prayer for you, friend. Why don’t you see/call your GP? They would definitely be able to help with constipation treatment. Also, I encourage you to eat lots of fiber -- fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. A banana may help, as well, and drink lots of water. God bless you.
