Romans 10:9      if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Acts 16:31   And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, 

John 3:16    16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

These 3 passages above say how to be saved.

Praise the Lord ! Your name is now written down in the book of life in heaven ! Angels are rejoicing ! Heaven is your eternal home ! The Lord WILL give you what you are asking for , just don't focus so much on the speaking in tongues as you do on worshiping the Lord and it WILL happen . Blessings !!
