Apply some massage oil on knee and massage up and down, not round wise. Take Glucosamine HCL with MSM tablet 1500mg daily one number . You will get relief. My wife had and when visited two hospitals ,they suggested replacement ,cost Rs 3-3.5 lakhs. Another doctor who is friend of wife's relative suggested not to have operation. Now she is relieved . Of course ,pray as He is the one who gives cure Amen
