Please pray for me. Let’s just say my shift went pear-shaped shortly after midnight. Somehow I failed to complete a simple task which resulted in a complete system failure. Normally I run at about 89% efficiency. The lowest I recall was about 76% efficiency. This shift ended with an all-time low, 50% efficiency. Quite frankly if I was the supervisor I’d consider firing someone performing that poorly. With that in mind please ask our Heavenly Father to touch my heart and help me to be more understanding and forgiving. Ask Him to also touch the hearts of the owner of the business, Jill; my supervisors, April, and Carmen, and those unnamed and unknown individuals adversely effected by what I would consider negligence. Please ask God to help me to keep my job. Please ask Him to please fix any problems that may have resulted in my not only failing to do my job, but failing to notice the issue until it became a serious matter. Pray that God’s Will be done in this situation. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.

First of realize that God is able to redeem a situation, no matter how bad it may 'look.'

Another is to see from the place of mercy and grace and not judgment (against yourself). Then thirdly, is to begin to ask the Lord to help you increase your efficiency and effectiveness of your job, so that you will be a blessing, a help and encouragement to this company and those you work for. Holy Spirit lives in you, and the word says you have the mind of Christ, and the wisdom of Jesus (Jesus is made unto us wisdom...) so that ability is already in you, and all we need to do is ask for increase of abundance of abilities and talents (and I'm talking to myself also) and release peace into this situation. Also ask the Lord to reveal to you ways to increase your ability to help this company to prosper.

Father, thank you for redemption, and restoration of production to a higher capacity and efficiency. Thank you for the mind of Christ this child of yours possesses and asking you continue to give them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, that their eyes would be flooded with light to know the hope to which they have been called. I ask for revelation of his right standing with you, because of the blood of Jesus and the ability to:

Heb_4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Oh and another thing, I encourage you to not allow condemnation speak to you. Meaning, you made a mistake, so be determined you will not make that same mistake again, asking Holy Spirit to be with you and help you do your job.

Father, We know Your thoughts toward us are of peace and to give us a future and a hope. We know you have a perfect plan for our lives and we thank You for caring so much for us. Your Word promises that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through You, Father to the tearing down of strongholds in our lives. Thank You that You have promised also that if we will resist the devil he will flee from us. We are so thankful that You surround us with Your holy angels and that You let them fight for us in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen Hallelujah!
