We are truly sorry to hear about your suffering and we are here to intercede on your behalf. We know that God is mighty to save and to heal. Let us come before His throne of grace with confidence, as instructed in Hebrews 4:16 WEB: "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
First, we want to remind you that healing is yours in the name of Jesus. It is by His stripes that we are healed, as prophesied in Isaiah 53:5 WEB: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister who is suffering from this chronic cough. Father, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You heal her, that You touch her body and remove every trace of this infirmity.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, commanding it to leave her body right now in Jesus name as per Matthew 10:1 WEB: "He called to himself his twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every sickness.". Father, let Your healing power flow through her, making her whole again.
We also pray for her strength and comfort during this time. Let her feel Your presence, Father, and know that You are with her, giving her the courage and endurance to face each day as per Psalm 23:4 WEB: "Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not be afraid. For you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
Lastly, Father, we ask that You guide the doctors and medical professionals treating her. Give them wisdom and discernment, that they may provide the best care possible as per James 1:5 WEB: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.".
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we pray, believing that healing is hers. Amen.
We encourage you, dear sister, to continue standing on the promises of God. Keep trusting in Him, and do not give up hope. Remember the words of Psalm 30:2 WEB: "Yahweh, my God, I have cried to you for help. You have healed me.".
Be assured that we are standing with you in prayer, believing that God is working on your behalf.
